Our Story

Irving Street, LLC was started by Ginger Brauneis. Ginger is a candidate for the CFP certification and is based in the Florida Gulf Coast region providing tax planning and preparation and financial education.

The name “Irving Street” honors her grandparents and others like them who made their mark in the world by working hard, living simply, and spending wisely. Frank and Sarah bought their house on Irving Street in the early 1940’s when Frank returned from World War II. They bought the little brick home for $8,000, paid it off in five years and lived there comfortably until Frank passed away nearly 70 years later. Filled with joy, love, and the best food you could ask for, their home was a haven for hundreds of family and friends for over half a century.
